But slowly slowly, day after day, months after months, years after years, resilience showed up. With a tremendous amount of effort and the help of my loved ones, I lately but surely picked myself up and put my feet back on the ground. I was finally standing on my own and I felt surprisingly empowered coming to the realisation that even if I could not control the weather or prevent bad things from happening, I could control my own emotions and the way I reacted to any event. And here was my first lesson of wisdom:happiness is a decision.

Through this traumatic lived experience, I have learnt so many valuable lessons that I would love to share with you as a coach.

Showing up as my most authentic and vulnerable self and committing to live in my personal truth every single day have unleashed a power that I didn’t know existed within me. I personally defined this way of living by the word “alignment” which means that my core values are in line with my direction, life decisions and thoughts. This is what I intend to inspire through my work and what I truly wish for you !
