Most of us spend our lives breathing on autopilot: shallow, rushed, disconnected. But your breath is a direct line to everything your mind tries to protect you from: stored emotions, old grief, the tension that's been living in your body for years without a name.
Transformational breathwork uses conscious connected breathing to access what talk therapy sometimes can't reach.
When you breathe this way, your nervous system shifts. Your body starts to release what it's been holding. And something in you often quietly, sometimes loudly, begins to move.
This isn't about relaxation techniques. It's about going deeper.

Private Session — Online & in person in Melbourne
A 90-minute one-on-one breathwork journey, guided by me, from wherever you are in the world. Sessions available in French or English. This is deep, personal, held work.
Group Session — Online
2 to 10 people. A shared journey that carries its own magic — breathing together changes the energy in the room, even through a screen.

Every last Sunday of the month at 11.45am at Kundalini House (Fitzroy), I co-facilitate a transformational breathwork and sound healing session with Lee from A Journey to Sacred.
